Children born between 1st July 2022 and 31st December 2023 are eligible to apply for admission. Kindly bring xerox copies of the child’s Birth certificate, Aadhaar Card, Income Certificate and Qualification Certificate. Carry all originals for verification of the same.

Submission of forms on

5th December 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.    6th December 2025 between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

THE ATTESTED XEROX COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS HAVE TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION.
A) Proof of date of birth: Municipal Birth Certificate in English Only. If Birth Certificate is in any other language then an official English translation is required.
B) Address proof: Ration card with name of Child / Aadhaar card.
Note: Leave and License Agreement will not be accepted as address proof
C) Income proof: Salary Certificate / Income Tax returns
D) For siblings: Photocopy of the Fee card for 2024-25.
E) Ex-student’s child: Little Flower High School Leaving Certificate/ SSC passing Certificate
F) For RC / Christians: Baptism Certificate in English only.
G) Photograph: Please affix a recent colour photograph of size 5 cms x 4 cms with clear face of the child and parents combined in the space provided on the form.

NOTE:
1) Submission of form is not a guarantee of admission.
2) Admission may be considered after verification of documents.
3) An admission in Nursery does not guarantee admissions for Jr. K.g.
4) Forms with corrections and use of whitener will not be accepted.
